Donna Patterson has been actively working side by side with her husband for many years. Our Residential, Short Sale, Bank Owned, and Leasing Real Estate Clients have the benefits of the entire Patterson Real Estate Team, which is dedicated to service at the highest levels. Donna provides personal attention and enjoys learning about her clients and their needs. It does’t matter if it is Real Estate related or finding the right handyman. Donna also coordinates many aspect of the transaction from basic administration to creating customized computer searches and following through on all of the details from contract to closing.

Pam Pont joined Quantum of AZ in June 2010 and had previously specialized in transaction support for many years. She diligently manages the transactions and closely follows each transaction, making sure all the elements are in place for a seamless. Exemplary service, honesty, reliability and accountability are the trademarks of her nearly 10-year career.

Terry Titus is a California transplant, arriving to Arizona in 2004. After dabbling in a few part-time jobs, she found herself employed as a front desk receptionist with a local estate company. From there she found that her attention to detail and follow through would be better suited helping agents.

She joined Quantum of AZ, REALTORS® in 2009 and hit the ground running. Terry has the responsibility of coordinating utility, repairs and managing accounts receivables the REO utility/vendor accounts and the rest of the army of people that are involved during the transaction process for our clients. She is known for her problem solving abilities, her wonderful personality, and her client care.

Jon Hegreness has joined Quantum of Arizona Realtors after years of working with Keller Williams.  He has been in the real estate industry for nearly ten years.    He has been an Appointed Member of the Arizona Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee for the past five years and was a top producing agent with Re/Max. 

Ralph Hegreness comes from a computer background.  His natural tendencies make a great numbers cruncher which has made him a great agent.  He has consistently proven himself to be the perfect agent to work with investors.  He is great at analyzing data and upfront and honest in all his findings.  Ralph’s natural tendency is to do a little too much for his clients, but his clients never seem to mind.

Mary Alice Hegreness has an eye for homes like no other.  She has a great understanding of her client’s desires and works harder than anyone to find the perfect house for each client.  She understands the finishing touches of a house as well as any interior designer or home builder and has an uncanny ability to pickup on her client’s likes and dislikes. 

Sheri Fleishour joined the Quantum of Arizona, Realtors group in April of 2010. She came to us form Model Home Center, Inc. and has been a Licensed Realtor since 2004.

Sheri has guided her clients with everything from land to leases and specializes as a Buyers Agent. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to her clients has built her reputation of caring a trust.

Jamie Wiebe came to Quantum of AZ, REALTORS® in February 2009. She come to us from Re/Max and has been a licensed agent since 2005. A licensed REALTOR® for more than 5 years, she has worked with all types of property, including residential, commercial, & new build construction.

Michelle Brindley joined Quantum of AZ in March 2009 and had previously specialized in property management for the last 21 years. She started as a leasing agent and worked her way up to Trainer and Compliance Auditor. Michelle is currently working as our property management supervisor and enjoys also working with clients as their exclusive buyers’ agent.
